A conviction first

Nida Home is designed without a camera and without a microphone: the device captures neither images nor sound from your home. The same philosophy applies to our store: we collect only what is strictly necessary.

Data collected

• Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone — required to perform the contract (delivery, invoicing, after-sales service).
• Payment: processed directly by Shopify's secure payment providers — we never have access to your full banking details.
• Browsing: technical cookies required for the store to work (cart, language) and, with your consent, audience measurement cookies.
• Newsletter: email, only if you sign up — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.

Purposes and legal bases

Order processing (performance of the contract), accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), newsletter and offers (consent), store improvement (legitimate interest).

Recipients and transfers

Your data is processed by Shopify (host of the store) and our carriers, solely for the purposes described. Shopify may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR.

Retention periods

Order data: 10 years (accounting obligations). Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
