Terms of sale

General terms and conditions of sale — effective as of 10 June 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern sales concluded between SD Consult, 7 Rue Frédéric Ozanam, 13003 Marseille, France (SIRET: 844 230 391 00055), hereinafter "Nida Home", and any consumer placing an order on the online store. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Illustrative visuals are not contractually binding. The essential technical characteristics are listed on the product page.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT included), excluding any delivery charges indicated before the order is confirmed. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the customer's responsibility. Discount codes (e.g. NIDA100) apply according to their own conditions, once per customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is made online, securely, using the methods offered at checkout. The order becomes final upon payment confirmation. Nida Home reserves the right to cancel any clearly abnormal order or in the event of payment default.

5. Delivery

Delivery to mainland France (standard free, express paid), within the European Union and internationally, by tracked parcel. Indicative delivery times are given on the Shipping & returns page. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the indicative date, the customer may request cancellation and a refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Legal warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, contact support via the Contact page: repair, replacement or refund under the legal conditions.

8. Liability

Nida Home cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product. The religious content displayed (prayer times, recitations, reminders) is provided for information purposes only and cannot replace the announcements of your mosque.

9. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (art. L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code) or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. Applicable law: French law.
